it's ice cream, for sure. but it's a lot of ice cream, all piled up in a bowl and he's staring at like he's trying to figure out how best to tackle it without losing like... the entire contents of the bowl in the process.

[hello crow, what are you even doing here. taichi wanders into the ice cream place more out of a need to wander than out of being hungry (except maybe a little hungry), so he's once again surprised to run into the same person in the same situation.]

Then you might have better luck starting on the sides and working in instead of starting from top to bottom. It'll start melting and spill over otherwise.

[ they promised to meet after class, so here crow is, after class.

he's got fries and a milkshake and looks like he's five seconds from dunking the fries right in there. for science. ]

[after class means taichi's stumbling into the cafeteria a little later than he planned, looking at something on his phone before dropping himself in a seat across from crow. he's also reaching for one of his fries and dipping it in the shake himself.]

Are we sharing? [he says, having already snatched fries for himself.]

[this image haunts me constantly. anyway at some point later on sunday, taichi will be walking through the grass near the dorms. he may be leaving the area of fall dorm, but he does swing by winter to see who's around.

this is how he finds crow and he pauses in his wanderings.]

[ don't worry it haunts me too. crow's just sat outside the dorm with his back against the wall. he waves a hand at tai when he shows up. ]

No problem. It's not like I was just gonna walk off and leave her on the ground.

Some people would've. [just pointing that out.] This place is getting weird and weirder every day.

week 1, monday

there's bees around. so many bees.

crow is just under a desk, trying to avoid the bees. hi tai, you hiding too? ]

[YOU KNOW. HE IS IN FACT UNDER A DESK but he seems to be watching the bees as if calculating his next move.]

I almost miss the coloring class after this.

[at some point, taichi will come across crow after...everything. he looks less than impressed about everything around him and whenever he approaches he nods shortly.]

So what're we supposed to do now?

[ ... helpful, but not wrong. he doesn't really seem in the mood for prodding or poking jokes right now though. ]

But we always run the risk of losing either person that goes in that arena.

I was hoping that maybe there was a way we could save them both. It was starting to look like maybe the time would just run out and they'd be released. But if they both go in there and only one can come out...

...I don't know. It's like this place is saying that even if we get the right person, they don't necessarily have to be punished.

week 2, monday

[ welcome to the fargarchard, we got fruits and domesticated farm animals. crow is crouched down near one of the fences, trying to catch the attention of a catte amidst all this farmery and fresh fruits. ]

Where were they hiding all of you all this time, huh?

[goalsides]

[crow your catte!! taichi's approaching quietly so he doesn't startle the cat, but cares less about if he startles crow or not.]

It's funny, isn't it? If this place was under renovations they must've moved all the animals somewhere in the meantime.

[ he doesn't jump too hard. sucks to be you tai. ]

You'd think we'd hear or smell them, but... apparently they're either really good at hiding livestock or we're just really unobservant.

w3 monday

[on stage today, taichi will actually enter the auditorium just to look around. it's a large area, and while he's not entirely sure what either show is he's always done his best to check out the locations that open up to them.

it's why he's a little surprised to see crow.]

I didn't think theatre was your thing.

[ he doesn't look too bothered though. ]

I'm not going to running off and joining a travelling stage production, but I've produced a show or two in my time.

Didn't think the military was interested in stage productions. Just for fun? Or something else?
